Choose; saffron, "blanco" (no saffron), or rojo (tomato) base.

Seafood Fideo - With shrimp, mussels, fish and vegetables. $ 25pp

Mixed Fideo - With shrimp, mussels, chicken, sausages & vegetables. $ 26pp

Veggie Fideo - Mixed vegetables. $ 20pp

Fideo Rustico - The lamb, sausage, onions, garlic, and mushromms make it's own base. $ 24pp

Extra sauces & extra olives two dollars each.
Corkage, none but you can rent our oversized glasses at $4 per glass and decanters at $10 each.
